I am SO excited to share that I am organizing two very different yet complementary Spinal Flow retreats in March 2025. Check out the details:

 

EXPERIENCE SPINAL FLOW: A 1.5-DAY WEEKEND RETREAT 

• Location: outskirts of Springfield IL (west on Old Jacksonville Road)
• Start: Saturday 3/15/2025 at 9:30 am
• End: Sunday 3/16/2025 at 3 pm
• Featuring four small-group Spinal Flow sessions, an inward-focused luxurious guided meditation, an integrative sound bath, and plenty of time for your own contemplation, journaling, and exploration, valued at over $300 per person.
• No prior Spinal Flow experience is necessary.
• Some degree of mobility is required of participants so that they can independently and comfortably sit down and get back up off the floor, and get onto and off the massage table, as needed.
• Cost: $275
  • Limited to just 8 participants.
  • Register for this AND the 3-Day Retreat (see below) and get a Bundle discount of $25.
  • An Early Bird discount of $25 is also available until 2/15/2025. Please note that this discount is only applied ONCE even if you register for both retreats.
  • Meals and lodging are NOT included in the price. A refrigerator will be available to store your sack lunches, and a stove and microwave oven are available for use during the lunch break on Saturday and Sunday.

 

LETTING GO: A 3-DAY SPINAL FLOW RETREAT 

• Location: outskirts of Springfield, IL (west on Old Jacksonville Road)
• Start: Friday 3/28/2025 at 6:30 pm
• End: Sunday 3/30/2025 at 3 pm
• Featuring four small-group Spinal Flow sessions (including a special "emotional release" session if your body is ready for it!), a fire ritual on Saturday night, an integrative sound bath, and more, valued at over $400 per person plus the opportunity for contemplation, journaling, and exploration.
• No prior Spinal Flow experience is necessary but this would be an awesome follow-up to the 1.5-Day Retreat two weeks earlier (see above).
• Some degree of mobility is required of participants so that they can independently and comfortably sit down and get back up off the floor, and get onto and off the massage table, as needed.
• Cost: $375
  • Limited to 12 participants.
  • Register for this AND the 1.5-Day Retreat (see above) and get a Bundle discount of $25.
